Eventzilla hosts a variety of features that were not covered in the event setup tutorials. A few are highlighted below alongside links to the Eventzilla help section that will describe how to implement those features:
Eventzilla offers a number of different event features in its program not listed in any of the hthgse.dev tutorials. If you find a feature that you want to use, that will not conflict with the pre-approved GSE setup methods or functionality, then you may do so. However, you will need to do research on it and possibly reach out to Eventzilla for support.
Eventzilla has an extremely helpful and extensive help section. By going there and searching for various topics, you should be able to find much of what you need regarding functionality of the program.
If you can’t find something you need in the Help Section, then you can also speak to a live representative. You can do this via the Contact button on their Help page. Filling this in will submit a request to Eventzilla. you will contacted via email at a later time.
You may also want to try using search engines such as Google, Yahoo, Bing, Ask Jeeves, etc to look for the answers to your questions. You may find other people who have had the same issue as yourself before getting help. This option also opens up help from sites like YouTube or from tech-help websites.
If you cannot find any help for your query after trying all of the previous methods, then attempt reaching out to the GSE Eventzilla team for more answers. You can do so via the HTH Zendesk. To submit a ticket, just follow the above link and input your email, the subject, and the description of your issue. When inputting the Subject, make sure you include the word “Eventzilla -” before the rest of it.
Again, only use this as a last resort and after you have tried all other methods first.
