Typography
- Team and event logos will employ specific typographies tailored for their unique needs, after securing approvals from the Chief of Staff & Operations, HTH GSE President, and the Director of Experience Design.
- A standard library of fonts for Headers and Body Text will be consistently applied across the brand.
- Teams must adhere to their assigned typography and fonts. Any desired deviations need the green light from the Experience Design Team.
- The aim is to facilitate swift recognition of teams and offerings, ensuring a uniform brand experience.
Colors
- Logos will align with pre-approved color palettes, as decided by the Chief of Staff & Operations, HTH GSE President, and the Director of Experience Design.
- The color categorization is as follows:
- General HTH GSE
- Credential + Degree Programs
- Professional Development
- Partnerships & Networks
- Teams must stick to their designated color schemes. Proposals for other colors must be vetted by the Experience Design Team.
- These standards are set to promote brand consistency and enable users to easily associate teams with their offerings.
Iconography & Visual Elements
- A consistent approach will be maintained for the visual elements and iconography of logos, teams, and events.
- Core visual components of the HTH GSE Brand, once given the nod by the Chief of Staff & Operations, HTH GSE President, and the Director of Experience Design, will be available for use by all GSE teams.
- These guidelines aim to bolster rapid identification of teams and offerings, assuring cohesive brand imagery.
Acronyms
- Given the extensive naming of the HTH GSE teams and events, logos will predominantly feature Acronyms and Taglines. There will be exceptions, like “Unboxed”, but these need prior endorsement from the Experience Design Team.
- Logos should remain legible across various uses and sizes. Over-extended titles compromise clarity, especially when scaled down.
Usage
- Logo placements, be it in ads, on social platforms, or digital/printed media, must adhere to our style guide’s stipulated dimensions and margins (details forthcoming).
